FAQ: How do I setup my Dialup?

General Settings

Dialup Numbers

Calling From: Numbers
National 0198 333 034

Always check with your telephone company to confirm that the number you select is a local call fee from your location. Apex cannot be held responsible for non-local call fees incurred if you have not dialled the appropriate access number.

The direct numbers previously offered in capital cities have been withdrawn from service. Please use the national access number 0198 333 034.

When using a digital ISDN connection, please be aware that local data calls are charged by your ISDN provider (not Apex) on the basis of time connected. This is typically $1 per hour—or more—per channel.

If you have any difficulty in configuring your software to dial any of these numbers, or if you have any difficulty connecting to our service from your location, please contact support.
