- Click Start , point to Programs, and then click Outlook
- If the MSN Sign-In screen appears, click Cancel
- On the Tools menu, click Accounts
- Click Add , and then click Mail
- In the Display Name box, type your name, and then click Next
- In the E-mail Address box, type your NetSpeed e-mail address, and then click Next
- In the Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server box, type the following server address: freemail.netspeed.com.au
- In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box, type the following server address: smtp.netspeed.com.au
- Click Next
- Do not select Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
- Do not select My Server Requires Authentication. Click Next
- In the Internet Mail Account Name box, type NetSpeed, and then click Next
- Click I will establish my Internet connection manually, and then click Next
- Click Finish, and then click Close
- Close Outlook Express
- Right-click the Internet icon on the desktop, click Properties, and then click the Connection tab.
- If you connect to the Internet using a local area network, click 'Connect to the Internet using a local area network'
- If you connect to the Internet using a modem, click 'Connect to the Internet using a modem'. Click Settings and verify that the Dial-Up connection for NetSpeed is selected in the 'Use the following Dial-Up Networking connection' box.
- Click OK until you close all Windows
